Mother Chains Daughter Down In Public For Refusing To Attend Classes (Photos)

A mother chained down her little girl to a light post and left her there as discipline for playing truant from school.

The stunning pictures demonstrate the eight-year-old crying and apprehensively sucking her thumb as she battles to move with the metal chain snared around her lower leg fixing to an extensive metal post.

Stunned spectators assembled around the bothered young lady, who was all the while wearing her school uniform as she remained adjacent to her water jug and school pack. The young lady was stuck there for one more hour after drivers attempted and neglected to discharge her before police arrived.

The youth told cops that her 30-year-old mother had rebuffed her since she neglected to go to her mandarin classes at school in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The mother will be examined for youngster disregard and presenting a tyke to physical harm.
