To Mr President, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We are officers and troopers of Nigerian Battalion 45 (NIBATT 45 UNAMID) conveyed on January 5, 2016 on a peacekeeping mission in Sudan.
Since our organization, life had been so troublesome for us. Indeed, even to speak with our families has been an issue because of absence of funds.
The armed force has declined to pay us our remittances of $100 month to month since the start of the mission here in Sudan and this is the seventh months without installment.
A large number of our officers experience surgical operation because of poor nourishing, no medication for us at whatever point we are wiped out.
The main solution for us when we are wiped out is to be alluded to Pakistan healing center because of absence of medications in Nigerian Contingent Level 1 Hospital. We have been in this Mission in Sudan for seven months now yet our domiciliary record in Union Bank of Nigeria has just been credited with two months and 27 days pay rates out of the 7 months in this way. We request that Mr President investigate this issue to make his against defilement crusade in the Armed Force a win. On the off chance that nothing is done soon, we will be power to take the law into our hands. PAY US OUR SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES.
