The assaults by the Army, Air Force and Navy, started on Thursday night under the operation "Crocodile Laugh" in preparation for a meeting with aggressors in the Niger Delta.
The Director of Defense Information, Brig Gen Rabe Abubakar, affirmed the operation.
He said it was led to flush out aggressors and saboteurs from the region.
