The Senate at the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) has at last picked an acting Vice Chancellor for the establishment.
Teacher Anthony Elujoba of the Faculty of Pharmacy has developed the acting Vice-Chancellor taking after a meeting between individuals from the college senate on Thursday, July 21, 2016.
This came scarcely 24 hours after the Federal Government requested the Senate of the school to utilize its interior system in selecting another Vice Chancellor.
It will be reviewed that the Academic Staff Union of the establishment had before couldn't help contradicting the Senior Staff Association of Universities (SSANU) and the Non-Academic Staff Union (NASU) over the arrangement of Prof. Ayobami Salami, who is as of now the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academics) as the eleventh VC of the college.
